Molding automotive parts is a process of making automotive parts such as a land by using a part mold. A mold is a frame that gives the part its intended shape. This process starts with the manufacturers filling a mold with liquid called plastic resin. That resin is critical, because that's the stuff that will harden into the solid stuff we want. After the resin is poured in the mold it will harden to the shaping of the mold. Once cured, the manufacturers remove the mold with precision, leaving the part ready to be used when building cars.
