Casting auto parts

In order for a car to make this sound "vroom vroom" it needs multiple parts to help it move. All of these components help the vehicle work together as it should. Parts of this equipment, including some very critical components, are made using a process known as casting. At Shaoyi, we understand how critical it is to ensure every part is manufactured with care and precision. This attention to detail ensures that these cars are effective and that everyone on the road is safe

It is a fascinating process for casting! These molds are hollow shapes that determine the shape of the metal, when melted metal is poured into the mold. When it becomes cool, the element solidifies into the desired shape. At Shaoyi, the automotive cable tie casting method we will use will vary, depending on what part we are making. These methods help us design the exact shapes and dimensions we require for the various necessary components of the car.

The Casting Process

The casting method that we use most often is called die casting. The process of extrusion, using a metal mold (die), and an extrusion machine. The machine forces molten metal into the mold under tremendous speed and pressure. This allows us to produce extremely fine detail in the shape of our parts. As a result, we are able to produce parts that align well with other components of the automobile

Most of the significant parts of a car that is manufactured using casting. In example, engine blocks are large components of an engine in a car. In many cases, these engine blocks are aluminum die cast. Aluminum is a metal light enough to aid in the cars being lighter, therefore more fuel efficient.
